Sometimes this violence goes unnamed because many people do not know the behaviours they were brought up with were abusive.

That’s not your fault; it’s all you knew at the time. If you need support because of violence or harm you have witnessed or experienced, there are places you can go to and services you can access. Many of these services providers have multi-lingual.
