Volunteers under the age of 16 will need parental permission. We ask that you be available on Thursday September 29th, 2011, from approx 9am to begin set-up, and remain until 3pm to complete tear-down. There will also be a volunteer orientation for approx. 1-1/2 hours the week prior to the event.
